怒江四线特大桥现浇墩身横梁施工技术研究

摘要 大瑞铁路怒江四线特大桥主桥采用1-490m上承式钢桁拱跨越峡谷,引桥桥墩采用双柱式刚架墩,其中7#、8#交界墩墩高为110 m。以引桥主墩7#、8#及2#墩身横梁支架施工为例,解决类似桥梁在大跨度、大断面、高风险、双柱式刚架高墩、多组横梁的施工技术难题。分析采用贝雷梁牛腿支架法,采用支架作为传力介质,结合工程项目实例,通过对横梁浇筑传力支架结构体系方案在双柱式刚架高墩横梁上的应用,综合施工组织安排,阐述关键施工技术及工艺,提高施工效率,节约施工成本,加快施工进度,为类似双柱式刚架墩横梁施工提供参考。 The main bridge of the NuJiang River four line super large bridge of dari railway uses the 1-490 m upper deck steel truss arch across the canyon, and the pier of the approach span adopts double column rigid frame piers, of which the pier height of 7# and 8# junction is 110 m. This time the main pier of approach span 7#, 8# and 2# pier beam support construction is taken as an example to solve the construction technical problems of bridges with large spans, large sections, high risk, double-column rigid frame high piers and multiple sets of beams. The construction technical problems of high pier and multi group cross beam are analyzed. By using the Bailey beam bracket method(bracket being the force transfer medium) and combining with the project example, the key construction technique is expounded through the application of cross beam pouring dowel bracket structure system scheme on double column rigid frame high pier beam, and the comprehensive construction organization and arrangement. It can improve construction efficiency, save construction cost, speed up construction progress, and provide reference for similar double column rigid frame pier beam construction
