电客车轮对防滑保护分析

摘要 城市轨道交通电客车施加制动时,轮对在钢轨上可能会产生滑行现象。为了保障城市轨道交通电客车运行安全,一般情况下我们的城市轨道交通电客车采用电制动和气制动两套防滑保护控制系统,这两套系统具有结构紧凑、控制精度高、响应时间短、集成化程度高、可维护性少、系统故障率低、质量可靠、通用性高、国际先进等特点。系统能在制动力即将超过轮轨粘着力时判断出滑行,从而有效控制降低制动力使轮对恢复正常状态。 When the electric bus of urban rail transit applies braking, the wheelset may slide on the rail. In order to ensure the safety of urban rail transit electric buses, in general, our electric buses adopt two sets of anti-skid protection control systems, electric brake and air brake. These two systems have the characteristics of compact structure, high control precision, short response time, high integration, less maintainability, low system failure rate, reliable quality, high versatility and are international advanced. The system can judge the sliding when the braking force is about to exceed the wheel-rail adhesion force, so as to effectively control and reduce the braking force to make the wheel pairs return to normal.
