行业类高职院校工匠精神育人实践路径探析——以陕西铁路工程职业技术学院为例

党的十九大报告中明确提出,要大力弘扬工匠精神,建设知识型、技能型、创新型劳动者大军。本文以陕西铁路工程职业技术学院为例,就新形势下行业类高职院校结合自身办学特色,培育具有工匠精神技术技能人才的实践途径,进行了剖析研究,对行业类高职院校人才培养具有借鉴意义。

The report of the 19 th CPC Congress made it clear that it is necessary to vigorously carry forward the craftsman＇s spirit and build an army of knowledgeable, skilled and innovative laborers. Taking Shaanxi Railway Engineering Vocational and Technical College as an example, this paper studies the practical ways of cultivating talents with craftsman＇s spirit in vocational colleges under the new situation by combining their own characteristics of running schools, which is of reference significance to the training of talents in vocational colleges.
