本文结合具体案例,探讨了在创造性判断中如何把握整体原则,整体原则规范的不仅是对于发明本身的理解,同样规范了对于现有技术的理解,在创造性判断的各个环节都要准确把握整体原则,才能保证创造性判断的客观化。
