摘要
本文使用多物理场仿真软件COMSOL Multiphysics模拟分别采用不锈钢和搪瓷作为腔体材料的微波炉,在500 W功率下加热一个土豆,研究电场与温度分布情况。通过仿真结果得出,搪瓷在拥有较大磁导率时,作为微波炉腔体材料相较于不锈钢会有较大的表面损耗,加热效率低。尽管其温度均匀性会提高,但是这是在牺牲加热效率的前提下获得的,所以以不锈钢作为微波炉腔体材料优于搪瓷。
The multiphysics software COMSOL Multiphysics is used to simulate the electric field and temperature distribution of microwave oven using stainless steel and enamel as the cavity material. Compared with stainless steel, enamel has a large permeability, which makes enamel microwave oven a greater surface loss and lower heating efficiency. Although the temperature uniformity ofenamel microwave ovenis better, this is achieved at the expense of heating efficiency, so stainless steel is superior to enamel when used as microwave oven cavity material.
