皮肤基底细胞癌患者癌组织中生存素、P16和B淋巴细胞瘤-2基因表达水平及临床意义

Expression Levels of Survivin,P16 and BCL-2 in Cancer Tissues in Patients with Skin Basal Cell Carcinoma and Their Clinical Significances

目的探讨皮肤基底细胞癌(BCC)患者癌组织中生存素(Survivin)、P16和B淋巴细胞瘤-2基因(Bcl-2)的表达水平及临床意义。方法选取2014年5月—2017年5月收集的54例BCC癌组织(A组),34例皮肤鳞状细胞癌(SCC)癌组织(B组)和20例正常皮肤组织(C组)。检测3组Survivin、P16和Bcl-2基因蛋白水平,并分析其在BCC癌组织中表达的相关性。结果 A组和B组Survivin和Bcl-2总阳性表达率高于C组,P16总阳性表达率低于C组(P <0. 05)。在BCC癌组织中Survivin和Bcl-2的表达均与P16表达呈负相关,而Survivin与Bcl-2表达呈正相关(P <0. 05)。结论 Survivin和Bcl-2在BCC癌组织中呈高表达,而P16则呈较低表达,3种基因蛋白在BCC的发生和进展中均起着至为关键的作用。

Objective To investigate expression levels of survivin, P16 and b-cell leukemia-lymphoma-2 （BCL- 2） in cancer tissues in patients with skin basal cell carcinoma （BCC） and their clinical significances. Methods Cancer tissues of 54 cases of BCC （group A） , 34 cases of squamous-celled carcinoma （SCC, group B） and 20 cases of normal skin tissues （group C） during May 2014 and May 2017 were collected in this study, Levels of survivin, P16 and BCL-2 gene protein were detected, and their correlations in BBC cancer tissues were analyzed among three groups. Results Compared with those in group C, survivin and BCL-2 the total positive rates were significantly higher, while P16 the total positive rates were significantly lower in group A and B （P 〈 0.05）. In BBC cancer tissues, survivin and BCL-2 expressions were negatively correlated with P16, while survivin expression was positively correlated with BCL-2 （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Survivin and BCL-2 show-s high expressions, while P16 showed low expression in cancer tissues of BBC patients, and therefore the three kinds of gene proteins play important role in pathogenesy and development of BCC.
