不同基质配比对刺天茄幼苗生长的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为促进刺天茄人工培育,以昆明市海口林场刺天茄为材料,采用4因子3水平设计,以刺天茄株高、茎粗、主根长、主根粗、第一片真叶长、第一片真叶宽、第二片真叶长、第二片真叶宽、地上部鲜重、地下部鲜重、地上部干重和地下部干重12个形态指标和根系活力、子叶POD和CAT酶活性3个生理指标为评价标准,分析不同处理对刺天茄幼苗影响。结果表明:3种处理效果均高于对照;10%菜园土+20%珍珠岩+20%蛭石+50%营养土处理效果最好,在形态指标和生理指标两方面均存在优势。 In order to promot artificial culture of S. indicum L. , we took S. indicum L. seedlings from Haikou Forest Farm in Kunming as materials, used orthogonal design with four factors and three level, twelve morpho logical parameters includding plant height, stem diameter, main root length, root diameter,length and width of the first main leaf, length and width of the second main leaf, overground fresh weight, underground fresh weight,overground dry weight, underground dry weight and three physiological index including POD vigour, CAT vigour and root vigour were evaluation criterion, effects of different complex substrate on Solanurm indicum L. seedlings were analyzed. The results showed that the effects of three dispose were excelled than CK. Complex substrate including "10 % vegetable garden soil+20% pearlstone+20 % roseite+ 50 % nutrition soil" was the best.
