西葫芦灰霉病菌对多菌灵的敏感性检测 被引量:5

摘要 为探明山西省西葫芦灰霉病菌对多菌灵的抗药性,采用最低浓度抑制法测定了采自山西省的93株西葫芦灰霉病菌对多菌灵的敏感性。结果表明:供试西葫芦灰霉病菌对多菌灵的EC50值范围为0.013~834.217μg·mL^(-1),平均EC50值为389.754μg·mL^(-1),高抗菌株占33.33%、特高抗菌株占50.54%。山西省西葫芦灰霉菌对多菌灵的抗性频率为90.32%;其中多菌灵使用较多的大同、长治、吕梁、朔州地区的抗性频率达100.00%。相比2003年,当前山西省各个地区灰霉病菌对多菌灵的抗药性增加,抗性最高菌株的EC50值增加了约15倍。 In order to understand the situation of resistance levels to carbendazim, 93 Botrsis cinerea isolates were collected ftom Shanxi province. The sensitivity was determined by the method of minimal inhibitory con centration. The results showed that the EC50 values widely distributed range of the carbendazim for gray mold of zucchini was 0. 013 834. 217 μg·mL^- 1. The average frequency of high resistant (HR) isolates and super high resistant (SR) isolates were 33. 33% and 50. 54% in Shanxi province. The average EC50 values was 389. 754μg·mL^- 1 in Shanxi province. The highest resistant frequency (90. 32%) in Dadong, Changzhi, Ly uliang, and Shuozhou where more carbendazim had been used compared with other regions. This suggested that the higher resistant of B. cinerea to carbendazim ftom cucumber were generally developed in Shanxi province. Resistant isolates became dominant populations.
