Service-Oriented Curator

从台北到重庆,从绘画到策展,苏郁晴用行动来诠释她的选择。作为一位无法轻易定义的策展人,她热爱一切打动她的人、事、物并渴望去了解。系统化的美术史训练的缺失给了她在实践中构建美术史观的机会,对未知的学习促使她进步。她是四川美术学院虎溪公社艺术家微信社区的发起人、参与者和推动者。她以实际行动阐释了当代青年策展人的工作态度——与同时代的艺术家一起成长。

From Taipei to Chongqing, painting to curating, Su Yuqing has interpreted her choice through her action. As a curator that can not be defned easily, she loves the people and things that have moved her and is eager to understand these.The lack of systematic training of art history offers her the opportunities to construct the view of art history from practice, while studying the unknown knowledge pushes her forward. As the establisher, participant and promoter of the Wechat community of artists from Huxi Commune, Sichuan Fine Arts Institute, she has interpreted contemporary curator’s working attitudes-growing with the contemporaneous artists.
