藏族大学生颜面部寻常性痤疮患病现状分析

Analysis of the Current Situation of Acne in Tibetan Students

目的:了解藏族大学生颜面部寻常性痤疮患病情况,为进一步开展干预工作提供依据。方法:2016年10月-2016年12月,以自愿参与调查的全日制本科生为调查对象,获得有效调查样本270例,其中男性89人,女性181人。调查学生寻常性痤疮患病率、性别特点和城乡差别等。结果:藏族大学生颜面部寻常痤疮患病率61.1%(165/270),男性患病率高于女性、农牧区生源患病率高于城市生源、一年级患病率高于其他年级、护理专业学生患病率高于其他专业,但上述均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。二年级不同性别间痤疮患病率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.718,P<0.05),预防专业不同性别间痤疮患病率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.392,P<0.05)。不同性别间比较下颌区痤疮数量差异有统计学意义(t=2.181,P<0.05)。结论:藏族大学生痤疮患病率较高,下颌区为痤疮好发部位。

Objective To understand the prevalence of acne vulgaris in Tibetan college students, and to provide the basis for further intervention. Methods A total of 270 valid samples were obtained from full-time undergraduates who participated in the survey,including 89 males and 181 females（October 2016-December 2016）.Investigate the prevalence of acne vulgaris,gender characteristics and differences between urban and rural areas. Results The prevalence of acne vulgaris was 61. 1%（165/270）,and the prevalence of male was higher than that of female.The prevalence of acreage was higher in urban and rural areas than in urban students.The prevalence of first grade was higher than that of other grades.The prevalence of students was higher than that of other subjects,but there was no significant difference（P〉0.05）.There was a significant difference in the prevalence of acne between different gender（x2=4.718, P〈 0.05）. There was a significant difference in the prevalence of acne between different gender （ X2=5.392, P〈0.05）. There was significant difference in the number of acne between the different gender（t=2.181, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The prevalence of acne in Tibetan college students is high,and the location of the facial parts is mostly in the mandibular area.
