优化强脉冲光技术治疗黄褐斑疗效分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨优化强脉冲光技术治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法:纳入2013年5月-2015年12月笔者科室就诊的369例黄褐斑患者为研究对象,按不同治疗方法将患者分为对照组和研究组。对照组:131例,使用维生素C和维生素E治疗;研究组:238例,采用优化强脉冲光治疗。对比两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后VISIA评分。结果:两组患者皮损颜色及面积随着治疗时间的延长而有明显改善,治疗后12周,研究组有效率为85.72%,明显高于对照组的57.26%,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者与治疗前VISIA评分对比,结果无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组患者治疗后色斑绝对数值明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),研究组色斑数值变化比率高于对照组,且数值下降明显。经强脉冲光治疗后均出现轻中度红斑,冷敷0.5~1h后可见消退。研究组2例患者因皮肤敏感,治疗后出现少量红色丘疹,并出现风团,经对症处理和冷敷后消退,无1例患者出现继发感染及遗留瘢痕。结论:优化强脉冲光技术可有效治疗黄褐斑,降低VISIA评分,且安全性高,副作用少,是一种有效、安全的治疗方法。 Objective To study the clinical efficacy of optimized intense pulsed light in the treatment of chloasma. Methods From May 2013 to December 2015,369 cases of our hospital were divided into two groups. The patients of control group(131 case) were treated by vitamin Cand vitamin E,while research group(238 cases) were treated by optimized intense pulsed light .The clinical efficacy and VISIA score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The color and area of skin lesions in both groups improved significantly with the treatment time. 12 week after treatment ,the effective rate of research group was 85.72%, which was much higher than control group(57.26%) (P〈0.05) .The VISIA score of two groups had no statistical difference before treatment (P〉0.05) ,however the spot absolute value of the two groups were decreased significantly (P〈0.05) after treatment.The spot change ratio of research group was much higher than control group .Mild and moderate erythema was observed after intense pulsed light treatment, and subsided after 0.5-1h ice compress. Two patients happened small red papules and whealsin the study group after the treatment duetosensitive, and subside dafter symptomatic treatment and cold compress.No patients with secondary infection and scar. Conclusion Optimized intense pulsed light technology,which could,reduce VISIA score withless side effects,is an effective and safe treatment of chloasma.
