皮肤软组织扩张术在深Ⅱ度烧伤后瘢痕修复中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Skin Soft Tissue Expansion in the Repair of Scars after Deep Second Degree Burn

目的:探讨皮肤软组织扩张术修复深Ⅱ度烧伤后瘢痕的应用效果。方法:选取笔者医院2014年2月-2016年4月收治的Ⅱ度烧伤后瘢痕修复患者120例,并随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。观察组采取皮肤软组织扩张术治疗,对照组采取复合皮移植术治疗,比较两组患者总有效率、感染率、创面愈合时间、创面皮肤恢复血运时间及疼痛评分等指标。结果:治疗后观察组总有效率为95.0%明显优于对照组的83.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者经治疗后,观察组创面愈合时间、创面皮肤血运恢复时间、疼痛评分及感染率均明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在烧伤后瘢痕整形修复中,皮肤软组织扩张术的效果明显优于复合皮移植术,可减少患者疼痛和感染率,提高临床总有效率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the application of skin soft tissue expansion in repairing scar after deep second degree burns. Methods A total of 120 patients with scar after second degree burn treated in our hospital from February 2014 to April 2016 were selected, they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 60 cases in each group. The Patients in the observation group were treated with skin and soft tissue expansion. The patients in the control group were treated with composite skin grafting. The total effective rate, infection rate, wound healing time, wound skin revascularization time and pain score were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 95.0%, which was significantly better than that of the control group（83.3%）, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The wound healing time, skin blood circulation recovery time, pain score and infection rate of the observation group were significantly less than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the plastic repair of burn scar, the effect of skin and soft tissue expansion is obviously better than composite skin grafting, which can reduce the pain and infection rate of patients, improve the total clinical efficiency, and is worthy of clinical application.
