摘要 为了充分把握全球量子通信产业的专利发展状况及其全球竞争格局,本文利用国际权威的Thomson Derwent Innovation Index(简称DII)专利数据库,以2013年和2017年为时间节点,对全球量子通信领域专利大数据进行了数据采集梳理与分析研判,从专利权人、量子通信技术领域、量子通信专利分布三个角度分析全球量子通信领域专利状况,又进一步分析全球量子通信领域竞争战略,最终提出我国发展量子通信,需要在量子通信专利运营、企业推进作用、量子通信具体发展计划等方面予以关注。 In order to fully grasp the global quantum communications industry patent development and its global competitive landscape, based on the international authoritative patent database called Thomson Derwent Innovation Index(referred to as DII), this paper collects and analyzes the patent data in the field of global quantum communica- tion, using 2013 and 2017 as time nodes. It analyzes the patent status of international quantum communication field from the perspective of patentee, quantum communication technology and quantum communication patent distribu- tion, and further analyzes the competitive strategy in the global quantum communication field, and finally puts for- ward that in order to develop quantum communication, China should pay attention to patent operation of quantum communications, the promotion role of enterprise, and the specific development plan of quantum communication and
