空分装置冷态开车过程优化

摘要 本文对空分装置冷态开车时间长的表现及原因进行分析,并提出开车过程优化办法。实践证明,优化后的冷态开车过程,冷态开车时间大幅缩短,不但降低了能耗,而且为下游装置提前提供了需要的氮气和氧气,有利于后工序提前开车。 This paper analyzed the performance and causes of long cold start-up time of air separation unit, and put forward the optimization method of start-up process. Practice had proved that the cold start-up time of the optimized cold start-up process was greatly shortened, which not only reduced energy consumption, but also provided the neces- sary nitrogen and oxygen for the downstream device in advance, which was conducive to the early start-up of the later process.
