摘要
为实现节能减排、降低环境污染,以及自动化操作,满足在人口居住区进行中深井、复杂井等的修井作业要求,研制了新型XJ1800DBZ电动修井机。该修井机主要由运载车、柴油机、变频电机、双输入角箱、绞车、液压盘式刹车、气动盘式辅助刹车、井架及液气控系统等部分组成。试验及应用情况表明,该修井机最大钩载达到设计要求,可满足150t载荷的修井要求;修井机结构紧凑、布局合理、经济性强,搬运快捷,性能稳定可靠,满足环保节能的修井作业需求。
In order to save energy and reduce pollution, reduce environmental pollution, and automate operation, meet the requirements of deep well and complex well operation in population residential area, a new type of XJ1800DBZ electric workover machine was developed. The workover machine consists of a carrier car, a diesel en- gine, a variable frequency motor, a double input angle box, a winch, a hydraulic disc brake, a pneumatic disc type auxiliary brake, a derrick, a liquid gas control system, etc. The test and application showed that the maximum hook load of the workover machine can meet the design requirements and can meet the requirements of 150t load repair. The well workover machine is compact in structure, reasonable in layout, strong in economy, last in handling, stable and reliable in performance, to meet the needs of environmental protection and energy saving.
