新工科背景下软件服务外包人才培养模式改革与实践——以山东交通学院为例

Reform and Practice of Talents Training Mode for Software Service Outsourcing under New Engineering Background——Take Shandong Jiaotong University as an Example

作为新工科建设支柱专业的计算机科学与技术专业对新工科建设具有举足轻重的作用,而软件服务外包人才培养又是计算机科学与技术专业重要组成部分。本文以山东交通学院计算机科学与技术专业软件服务外包人才培养模式改革为例,对新工科背景下的软件服务外包人才培养模式进行了探索与实践,提出了以企业需求为先导,校企协同育人的软件服务外包人才培养理念,并进行了多年实践。研究和实践对同类应用型本科院校各类专业人才培养模式的改革和实践具有一定的借鉴作用。

As an important backbone of the new engineering construction, the major of computer science and technology plays an important role, and the training of soRware outsourcing personnel is an important part of the computer science and technology major. Taking the reform of the training mode of computer science and technology in Shandong Jiaotong University as an example, this paper explores and practices the training mode of soRware service outsourcing personnel under the background of new engineering, and puts forward the idea and practice of training soRware service outsourcing talents with enterprises＇ needs as the guide as well as school-enterprise collaborative education. It can be used as a reference for the reform and practice of various professional talents training mode in similar applied universities.
