基于CRITIC法的现代农业科技园区综合效益评价——以天水国家级现代农业科技园区为例

Comprehensive Benefit Evaluation of Modern Agricultural Science and Technology Park Based on CRITIC Method

通过阅读农业科技园区相关文献建立研究理论基础,结合对天水国家级农业科技园区实地调研情况,构建现代农业科技园区综合效益评价指标体系,运用CRITIC法确定评价指标权重,从经济、社会、科技、生态、规模五个维度对天水国家级现代农业科技园区的综合效益进行评价分析。研究结果表明:天水国家级农业科技园区目前处于成长发育阶段,示范带动作用较弱,有较大的发展空间;其中,规模效益在总效益中排名第一位,其次为社会效益、经济效益、生态效益等。

Through reading the relevant documents of agricultural science and technology park,this paper establishes the theoretical basis of research,and combine with the field investigation of Tianshui national agricultural science and technology park,and construct the comprehensive benefit evaluation index system of modern agricultural science and technology park. The weight of evaluation index is determined by CRITIC method. The comprehensive benefit of Tianshui National Modern Agricultural Science and Technology Park is evaluated and analyzed from the five dimensions of economy,society,science and technology,ecology and scale. The results show that Tianshui National Agricultural Science and Technology Park is in the stage of growth and development at present,and the demonstration is weak and has a large space for development,among which,the scale benefit ranks first in the total benefit,followed by the society.Benefits,economic benefits is first position,and the ecological benefits is the second,etc.
