西北地区民族关系对构建社会主义和谐社会的启示和对策探析

The Analysis on the Enlightenment and Countermeasure of Ethnic Relation in Northwest China to the Construction of Socialist Harmonious Society

民族关系是我国统一的多民族国家不可或缺的重要社会关系,西北地区民族关系对构建我国社会主义和谐社会具有十分的重要意义。通过对历史上西北地区民族关系的梳理,详尽剖析了现代西北地区民族关系发展面临的主要问题,进而提出构建社会主义和谐社会必须强化各民族的公民意识,培植中华民族认同与国家认同,坚持和完善民族区域自治制度,大力发展社会主义市场经济,努力缩小各民族之间的发展差距,实现各民族传统文化的现代化转型。

Ethnic relation is the indispensably important social relation in our unified multi-ethnic country,the northwest ethnic relation is of great significance to the construction of socialist harmonious society in China. According to the review of the history of the northwest ethnic relation,this paper analyzes elaborately the main problems in the development of ethnic relation in modern northwest China,and then put forward to build a socialist harmonious society that must strengthen the civic consciousness of all nationalities of china,cultivating the Chinese national identity and national identity,adhere to improve the system of regional national autonomy,vigorously develop the socialist market economy,make efforts to narrow the gap between the various ethnic groups,and eventually achieve the modernization transformation of national traditional culture.
