基于DEMATEL下高校大学生创新能力影响因素及应用研究

Research on Influencing Factors and Application of University Students' innovative Ability Based on DEMATEL

检验高校大学生教育工作情况的重要考核内容之一是对高校大学生创新能力的评价。文章在已有的大学生创新能力相关研究成果的基础上,纳入一种新的创新管理思维——"政产学研用",从创新环境、科研实践、导师影响与创新主体四方面构建出高校大学生创新能力评价指标体系,之后通过对高校大学生创新能力的影响因素用DEMATEL方法进行分析,显示结果为:影响高校大学生创新能力的关键因素是学术指导、学术环境、合作交流等,并提出营造良好科研创新环境、增加合作交流机会、提高创新主体创新意识与激发创新动机的建议,希望为高校教师、高校与教育部门决策提供参考和借鉴。

One of the important assessment of education work of university students is to evaluate the innovation ability of university students.Based on the relevant research results of the existing college students’innovation ability, this paper has incorporated a new innovative management thinking —“Government-Industry-University-Research-User”,which has constructed the evaluation index system for college students’innovation ability from four aspects of innovation environment, scientific research practice, tutor influence and innovation subject. And then by using the DEMATEL method to analyze the influencing factors of the college students’innovation ability. Display the results as follows： the key factors that affect university students’innovation ability are the academic guidance, academic environment, the cooperation and communication, etc, and proposing suggestions to create a good environment for scientific research and innovation, increase the chance of cooperation and communication, and improve innovation consciousness and motivation of innovation,hoping to provide reference for mentors, universities and education departments.
