新旧混凝土结合面强度性能试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 装配式风机基础结构存在明显的新旧混凝土结合面,其良好抗折、抗压、劈裂抗拉性能是保证基础安全可靠关键。本文为了提高新旧结合面抗折、抗压强度,进而保证风机基础安全运行,采用了不同的界面剂(水泥净浆、商用界面剂)、嵌入不同深度的钢筋对交界面进行了处理,制作了七组共57个试件。考虑不同的结合面处理方式、不同的钢筋嵌入深度对新旧混凝土结合面处的抗折、抗压、劈裂抗拉强度进行了研究分析,具有一定的工程指导意义。 Assembled fan infrastructure has obvious old and new concrete joints, and its good resis- tance to bending, compression and splitting is the key to ensuring basic safety and reliability. In order to improve the folding and compressive strength of the old and new joints, and thus ensure the safe opera- tion of the fan foundation, different interface agents(cement paste, commercial interface agent) and steel bars embedded at different depths were used to treat the interface. Seven sets of 57 specimens were produced. Considering the different joint surface treatment methods and different depths of steel bar em- bedment, the flexural, compressive and splitting tensile strengths at the interface between the old and new concrete are studied and analyzed, which has certain engineering guidance significance.
