摘要
砌体夹芯墙作为一种新型建筑节能墙体,特别是在寒冷和严寒地区,应用广泛。但在推广使用中存在的一些劣势又制约着其发展。本文总结了目前砌体夹芯墙在应用中存在的热桥问题(圈梁处热桥、门窗洞口热桥)、施工工法和耐久性问题。针对夹芯墙中存在的典型热桥节点构造,提出了在圈梁悬挑位置使用装配式悬挑梁、在门窗洞口位置引进泡沫混凝土用以提高墙体的保温性能的建议。
As a new type of building energy-saving wall, the masonry sandwich walls are widely used, espeeially in the eold and severe eold region. However some of the disadvantages existing in the promotion restriet its development. This paper summarizes the thermal bridge problem (ring beam in the thermal bridge, windows and doors hole in the thermal bridge), eonstruetion method matter and durability problem in the applieation reeently. Against at the typieal thermal bridge joint strueture existing in the masonry sandwieh walls, the paper suggests that using prefabrieated eantilever beam in the ring beam eantilever position and introduetion of foam eonerete to improve the insulation pefformanee of walls in the windows and doors hole.
