摘要
本文针对近年来国内室外供热管道爆管事故进行举例介绍,分析了各种可能的爆管原因。以哈尔滨市某一工程实例,对管道进行理论力学分析,验算其强度、刚度以及稳定性,为了确定超载对管道爆裂的影响,在计算时路面荷载分别取为10.5kN/m2和20kN/m2进行分析。最后,通过有限元软件对此工程实例进行模拟,将理论计算结果与数值模拟结果对比,发现数值模拟的结果跟理论计算结构十分接近。分析发现,荷载超限是引起管道爆裂的主要原因,本文分析方法可供同类工程参考。
In this paper, taking explosion accidents of outdoor heating pipelines in recent years as examples,the author analyze different reasons for explosion.For an engineering program in Harbin,the pipeline was analyzed by theoretical mechanics to check its strength, stiffness and stability. To measure the impact of overload on the pipeline burst, the pavement load was calculated to be 10.5 kN/m^2 and 20 kN/m^2 which are calculated respectively. Finally, the engineering example is simulated by finite element software. The theoretical calculation results are compared with the numerical simulation results. It is found that the numerical simulation results are very close to the theoretical calculation structure. The analysis found that the load overrun is the main cause of pipe burst. The analysis method of this paper can be used as a reference for similar projects.
