自航耙吸挖泥船冰期施工溢油防控措施

Prevention and control measures of oil spilling during the icing period of a trailing suction hopper dredger

自航耙吸挖泥船机动灵活、施工效率高,在疏浚工程中得到广泛应用。我国北方港口冬季普遍存在结冰期,冰期疏浚施工溢油危险因素较多。文中分析了自航耙吸挖泥船冰期施工存在的溢油风险,提出了自航耙吸挖泥船溢油预防措施,结合自航耙吸挖泥船和绞吸式挖泥船的疏浚施工工艺给出了溢油事故发生后的新处理方法。对其他类型的溢油事故也提供了一种快速有效的处理方法。

Trailing suction hopper dredger is a kind of widely-used engineering ships for dredging projects with flexible and high efficiency in construction. There is a general icing period in winter in northern China＇s ports. There are many risk factors for oil spills during icing period dredging. We analyzed the oil spilling risks of trailing suction hopper dredger during icing period, put forward some measures to prevent oil spilling, and gave some new methods for dealing with oil spilling with the dredging construction process of trailing suction hopper dredger and the cutter suction dredger. It also can give a fast and effective way to deal with the other kinds of oil spilling accidents.
