摘要
数据采集与分析对于电信运营采购绩效起着关键性的推动作用,本文基于品类管理的数据采集与分析的思想,对电信运营商采购需求数据进行采集和优化分析。以某电信运营商省公司为例,首先对其品类管理现状进行分析,然后构建基于品类管理的新型集中需求数据采集与模式分析,并详细阐述其两大管理支柱——基于品类的需求归口分析和基于品类的采购需求数据预测模型,通过数据采集和绩效分析,表明该企业效益改善显著,该论文方法对电信运营商提升信息化需求管理水平及采购流程的信息化优化具有一定的现实指导意义和借鉴作用。
Data collection and analysis play a key role in promoting the procurement performance of telecom operations. Based on the idea of data collection and analysis of category management,this paper collects and optimizes the purchasing demand data of telecom operators. Taking the provincial company of a telecom operator as an example,this paper first analyzes the current situation of category management of a telecom operator,then a new type of centralized demand data collection and pattern analysis based on category management is constructed,and it also elaborates on its two pillars of management:the centralized analysis of demand based on category and the forecasting model of purchasing demand data based on category. Through data collection and performance analysis,it is shown that the benefit of the enterprise has improved significantly. The method of this paper has a certain practical significance and reference for telecom operators to improve the level of information demand management and the optimization of procurement process.
