基于用户投影寻踪模型在大学生应聘平台综合测评的应用

Application of Comprehensive Evaluation for College Students' Employment Platform on User Projection Pursuit Model

本文以汇博人才网应聘平台为研究对象,从应聘岗位、应聘年龄、学历、工作经验四个方面构建了应聘平台发展水平评价指标体系,收集了53517条相关指标数据,并采用基于实数编码遗传算法优化的投影寻踪模型,对各个应聘平台发展水平进行实证研究,还利用空间自相关的方法对空间格局的相关性态势进行分析。根据综合测评结果表明我国各大应聘平台的发展情况以及当下社会的就业趋势,能够更好的让更多用人单位有更好的选择,也让大学生们认清当下社会就业形势,根据不同岗位的招聘需求来完善自己,从而解决应聘及就业问题。

This paper takes Huibo talent net application platform as the research object,constructs the evaluation index system of the development level of the application platform from four aspects of the post,the age,the academic background and the work experience,and collects 53517 related index data. The projection pursuit model based on real coding genetic algorithm is adopted to study the development level of every job application platform,and the spatial autocorrelation method is used to analyze the correlation situation of spatial pattern. According to the comprehensive evaluation results,it shows the development of the major job application platforms in China and the employment trend of the current society,which can better enable more employers to have a better job. It also lets the university student recognize the present social employment situation,according to the different post recruitment demand to perfect oneself,thus solves the employment and the employment question.
