学识分离到正向迁移:电大成专专业教学重构

摘要 电大成专全日制学生文化知识的相对弱势,给成专全日制的教学带来了挑战。基于学生的现实情况,提升教学的有效性,是一个需要深入思考的论题。在"学习者、专业知识、考核评价"三个中心的基础上,探寻适合成专全日制学生的教学,对培养目标、课程设置、教学方式等方面进行调整,推进专业教学重构,是有效提升教学质量和学习成效的重要路径。 The relative weakness of full-time adult students' cultural knowledge in Radio and Television University has brought challenges to teaching. How to improve the effectiveness of teaching based on the reality of students is a topic that needs to be deeply considered. On the basis of three centers of "learners, professional knowledge, assessment and evaluation", it is an effective way to improve the students' learning effectiveness by exploring the teaching, adjusting the objectives, setting up courses and teaching methods and promoting the reconstruction of professional teaching.
