The relative weakness of full-time adult students＇ cultural knowledge in Radio and Television University has brought challenges to teaching. How to improve the effectiveness of teaching based on the reality of students is a topic that needs to be deeply considered. On the basis of three centers of ＂learners, professional knowledge, assessment and evaluation＂, it is an effective way to improve the students＇ learning effectiveness by exploring the teaching, adjusting the objectives, setting up courses and teaching methods and promoting the reconstruction of professional teaching.
