摘要
针对当前开放教育资源利用成效不理想的情况,以开放大学英语学习者为对象,以课题组编写的《资源使用报告》为依据,通过3年3轮实验研究,分析当前成人学习者利用OER促进英语自主学习过程中存在问题,探寻提高OER利用率及成人英语自主学习成效的可行性途径。研究结果显示,他主学习习惯以及资源利用意识和信息素养不足是影响资源效用的主要因素,资源质量参差不齐也有相当影响。通过任务驱动和监控,可以在一定程度上激发资源利用行为,而要真正提高资源利用成效,还需要从根本上提高资源质量和加强资源利用意识和能力和培养。研究结果在一定程度上佐证了《2017地平线报告(高等教育版)》的预测性和引导性。
The effect of OER use is not satisfactory. With Open University learners as the subjects and Online Resources Utilization Report as the basis, three rounds of experiment, which last for three years, have been carried out to record and analyze the process of independent use of resources. By analyzing the present situation and existing problems, the study aims to search for effective ways to promote foreign language autonomous learning by using open educational resources. The result shows that the learners haven't made effective use of OER, and passive learning habit and the lack of autonomous learning ability are the barriers. The quality of the resources also counts. Task-driven approach and supervision may temporarily promote the usage of OER. To improve the efficiency, measures should be taken to improve the quality of OER, arouse the learner's consciousness, stimulate their motive, improve their ability and cultivate their habit. The result of the research strengthens what the NMC 2017 Horizon Report has predicted.
