摘要
目的研究肥胖伴哮喘儿童血清脂联素变化与哮喘控制测试(ACT)评分及肺功能的相关性。方法选取2015年6月至2016年6月就诊于该院儿科的62例肥胖伴哮喘患儿并进行规范化治疗半年,分别在规范化治疗前后收集肺功能、ACT评分并测定血清脂联素水平。采用Pearson相关性分析方法分析3项指标相关性。结果血清脂联素水平、肺功能所有指标和ACT评分在规范治疗前后比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。脂联素的血清表达与肺功能呈负相关[第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1):相关系数(r)=-0.552,P<0.05];用力肺活量(FVC):r=-0.289,P<0.05;用力呼气25%肺活量时流速(PEF25%):r=-0.527,P<0.05;用力呼气50%肺活量时流速(PEF50%):r=-0.428,P<0.05];脂联素的血清表达与ACT评分呈负相关(r=-0.639,P<0.05);肺功能与ACT评分呈正相关(FEV1:r=0.653,P<0.05;FVC:r=0.318,P<0.05;PEF25%:r=0.491,P<0.05;PEF50%:r=0.275,P<0.05)。结论肥胖伴哮喘患儿控制情况及肺功能与血清脂联素具有相关性。
Objective To study the con'elation between serum levels of adiponeetin and asthma control(ACT) and pulmonary function in obese and asthmatic children. Methods Sixty-two children with obesity and asthma visited in the pediatric department of the hospital fl'om June 2015 to June 2016 were enrolled in the study for six months. The pulmonary function, asthma control test (ACT) scores were collected and Serum adiponeetin levels were measured before and after standardized treatment. Pearson eon'elation analysis was used to analyze the correlation of three indicators. Results Serum adiponeetin level, all indicators of lung function and ACT scores were compared before and after standard treatment, with staffs- tieally significant difl'erenees ( P〈0.05 ) .Serum adiponeetin expression and lung function were negatively correlated ( FEVi : r= -0.552, P〈0.05 ; FVC : r=-0.289, P〈0.05, PEF25% : r=-0.527, P〈0.05, PEFS0% : r=-0.428, P〈0.05 ) ; serum adiponeetin expression and ACT were Negative correlation (r=-0.639, P〈0.05) ; puhnonary function and ACT were positive eon'elation (FEV, : r=0.653, P〈0.05 ; FVC : r=0.318, P〈0.05, PEF25 % : r=0.491, P〈0.05, PEFS0% : r=0.275, P〈0.05 ). Conclusion Serum adiponeetin is closely related to the eontro of obese children with asthma and puhnonary function.
