CNG储气井套管均匀腐蚀的超声相控阵试验研究

摘要 地下高压CNG储气井套管的腐蚀为储气井在使用中的主要损伤形式,为了更好地实现储气井套管腐蚀检测和安全状况评级,本文设计了模拟储气井套管均匀腐蚀的阶梯环状套管,应用最新研制出的储气井相控阵综合检测系统,对套管的均匀腐蚀进行模拟检测研究。阶梯环状套管设计符合实际套管腐蚀减薄规律,利用相控阵综合检测系统能满足对不同组别阶梯环的全覆盖、高精度检测。对阶梯环状套管均匀腐蚀的相控阵检测技术研究结果,可为我国广泛使用的地下高压CNG储气井腐蚀检测和研究提供一定的参考意义。
