史伯的“和生”政治学

Political Science in Shi Bo's “He Sheng” Philosophy

史伯是周幽王时代具有自己政治思想的一位大臣,他从当朝政治生态实际出发,提出了"和生"政治思想。其"和生"政治学,是以他的"和实生物"的"和生"哲学为理论基础。他针对周幽王"同而不和"的倒行逆施的政治,提出了"和而不同"的治国理政之"和生"政治主张。其"和生"政治学渊源于轩辕黄帝"万国和"与尧帝的"协和万邦"。晏子传承和发展了史伯的"和生"政治学。史伯的"和生"政治学,今天依然具有现实意义和价值。

Shi Bo is a minister with his own political thoughts in the period of Zhou Youwang （ King Ji Gongsheng of Western Zhou Dynasty, 782 BC - 771BC in reign）. Based on the reality of political ecology at that time he proposed the political thought of ＂he sheng＂. And his political science of ＂he sheng＂is based on the theories of his＂harmony actually fosters new things ＂and ＂he sheng＂. In response to the perverse politics of Zhou Youwang＇s ＂same but non-harmonious＂, he put forward the idea of ＂harmoniousbut different＂ -hispolitical proposition of ＂he sheng＂ in governingthe country, which originated from the idea of ＂all the nations live in harmony＂ of Huangdi （the ancestor of the Chinese nation） and that of ＂the vassal states live in harmony＂of ＂＂Yaodi （one of the five emperors of ancient China）. Yan Zi inherits and develops thepolitical science of ＂hesheng＂ philosophy of Shi Bo, which is still of great practical significance and value.
