摘要 为了提高白菜品质,以喷施清水为对照(CK),研究了叶面喷施不同浓度(2、50和100 mg/L)的甲硫氨酸对白菜鲜重和硫苷含量的影响。结果表明:喷施甲硫氨酸处理的白菜鲜重均<CK,指标值随着喷施浓度的增加而逐渐降低,其中,2和50 mg/L浓度处理与CK差异不显著,100 mg/L浓度处理的指标值较CK显著降低;白菜硫苷含量均显著>CK,指标值随着喷施浓度的增加而逐渐降低,2、50和100 mg/L浓度处理的白菜硫苷含量分别为CK的1.57倍、1.32倍和1.29倍,且不同浓度处理的差异均达到了显著水平。本研究条件下,甲硫氨酸叶面喷施的最佳浓度为2 mg/L,不仅对提高白菜硫苷含量效果最好,且对白菜鲜重无明显影响。 In order to improve the quality of Chinese cabbage, the effects of methionine on fresh weight and glucoside content of Chinese cabbage were studied compared with applying water(CK ) . The results showed that spraying methionine could reduce the fresh weight of Chinese cabbage,and the value decreased with the increasing of the methionine concentration. 2 and 50 mg/L methionine had no significant effect on the fresh weight of Chinese cabbage,while 100 mg/L methionine significantly reduced the biomass of cabbage. Spraying methionine could increase the glucosinolate content of Chinese cabbage,and the value decreased with the in-creasing of the methionine concentration. Spraying 2,50 and 100 mg/L methionine,the glucosinolate content in Chinese cabbage leaves was increased by 1.57 times,1.32 times and 1.29 times as compared with CK,respec-tively,and the differences among different methionine concentrations were significant. The effect of 2 mg/L me-thionine was the best with the highest glucosinolate content and without significant change in fresh weight.
