黑粒小麦资源的籽粒淀粉组分和SGP-1蛋白组成研究

摘要 针对目前世界上缺乏高直链淀粉和高抗性淀粉小麦基因资源的问题,采用SDS-PAGE电泳检测等方法,对冀紫439等43份黑粒小麦资源的籽粒淀粉组分和SGP-1 (SGP-A1、SGP-B1、SGP-D1)蛋白组成进行了鉴定。结果共检测到缺失SGP-A1的材料有11份,未发现SGP-B1和SGP-D1缺失材料;直链淀粉占淀粉总量超过30%的材料有7份;选择12份材料测定抗性淀粉含量,其中,高抗性淀粉含量的材料有5份。以上结果为小麦高抗性淀粉育种奠定了基础。 In view of the lack of wheat genetic resources with high amylose and high resistant starch in the present world,by using the method of SDS-PAGE electrophoresis detection,the grain starch components and SGP-1 (SGP-A1、SGP-B1 and SGP-D1) protein of 43 accessions of black wheat genetic resources such as Jizi 439 were identified. The results showed that 11 accessions were lack of SGP-A1. We did not find the materials lacking SGP-B1 and SGP-D1. Seven accessions were identified with amylose contents more than 30% of the total starch. The resistant starch content of 12 accessions selected were determined,and among them 5 accessions with high resistant starch contents were identified. The above results laid a foundation for wheat breeding of high resistant starch.
