关于河北休闲农业与乡村旅游建设的思考——以元氏县为例

Thought on the Construction of Leisure Agriculture and Rural Tourism in Hebei Province——A Case Study of Yuanshi County

休闲农业与乡村旅游活动通过农业生产和旅游活动的约束模式,将度假、观光、参与、娱乐和旅游活动成功地移植到农业生产和商业活动中,是开发利用农村农业资源,调整和优化农业结构的新举措。在分析我国休闲农业与乡村旅游发展历程的基础上,对河北省元氏县发展休闲农业与乡村旅游的资源、区位和客源优势进行了介绍,并阐述了元氏县休闲农业与乡村旅游的发展现状。同时,针对休闲农业与乡村旅游发展过程中存在的规划设计滞后、宣传力度不足、经营管理不规范等主要问题,提出了科学规划、加大宣传力度、加强规范化管理等对策建议,以期指导元氏县休闲农业与乡村旅游的健康可持续发展,还可为其他区域休闲农业与乡村旅游的发展提供参考。

Through the constraint mode of agricultural production and tourism activities,vacation,sightsee-ing, participation, entertainment and tourism activities, leisure agriculture and rural tourism activities are successfully transplanted in agricultural production and business activities,which is a new measure to develop and utilize rural agricultural resources,and adjust and optimize the agricultural structure. Based on the anal-ysis of the development history of leisure agriculture and rural tourism in China,in this paper,we introduce the advantages of resources,location and customers in developing leisure agriculture and rural tourism in Yuanshi County,Hebei Province,and the development status of leisure agriculture and rural tourism in Yuanshi County. Meanwhile,aiming at the main problems in the process of developing,including the delays in the planning and design,the lack of publicity and the irregular management,we put forward some suggestions,such as scientific planning,intensifying publicity and strengthening standardized management,which can be used to guide the healthy and sustainable development of leisure agriculture and rural tourism in Yuanshi Coun-ty, and provide reference for the development of leisure agriculture and rural tourism in other regions.
