摘要
电源的可靠运行是自动化装置正常运转的前提基础,该文提出一种基于STM32的电源监控系统设计方案。以STM32系列高速ARM处理器为主控制器,通过力控组态软件设计了电源监控系统的上位机。ARM处理器进行对电源电参数的实时采集,将采集数据通过以太网传送到监控中心的上位机,通过上位机上实时显示的电源参数完成对电源运行情况的监控。结果表明,该电源监控系统能够有效实现2台电源的实时监控,并具备多台电源集中监控和管理的功能。
The reliable operation of the power supply is the basis of the normal operation of the automatic device. This paper presents a design scheme based on STM32 power monitoring system. The STM32 series high-speed ARM processor is the main controller,and the power monitoring system is designed by the Force Control configuration software. The ARM processor is a real-time collection of electrical parameters for the power source,and the data is transmitted to the top of the monitoring center through Ethernet. The power parameters that are displayed in real-time on the top machine complete the monitoring of the power supply. The results show that the power monitoring system can effectively control the real-time monitoring of two power sources,and has the capability of monitoring and managing multiple power sources.
