虚拟不可控整流矩阵变换器电压法四步换流策略研究 被引量:2

摘要 矩阵变换器(Matrix Converter)作为一种新型的交-交变频装置,具有传统交-直-交变频器不可比拟的优越性能,但是如何实现安全换流成为了限制矩阵变换器发展的一个重要因素。该文在虚拟不可控整流矩阵变换器调制策略基础上,采用基于输入电压检测法的四步换流,避免了传统四步换流的电压方向检测不准确的问题,同时将换流时长进行合理调整,节约了换流时间,从而提高了输出波形质量。 Matrix converter is a new type of AC-AC power converter with multiple advantages of conventional electric power transducer,but how to achieve the safe exchange is an important factor to limit the development of matrix converter. This paper is based on the modulation strategy of virtual uncontrolled rectifier matrix converter,the four-step commutation technology based on the measurement of input voltage was adopted to avoid the problems of detection of the voltage direction of the traditional four-step flow. At the same time,the length of the commutation time is changed,thus it saves the time of commutation,and improves the quality of the output waveform.
