摘要
煤化工产业专利信息的深度开发与利用,将有力地促进我国煤化工产业科技创新,转变产业增长方式,减少行业低水平重复建设,提升我国煤化工产业的整体竞争力,实现国内煤炭资源型地区的转型跨越发展。研究构建了应用于煤化工产业的中外专利信息服务平台,并从数据库建设、平台建设、服务建设3个方面详细介绍了平台的构建、功能及作用。
The depth development and utilization of patent information of coal chemical industry will powerfully promote science and technology innovation of coal chemical industry in China,transform the growth mode of industry,reduce industry low level repeated construction,and enhance the overall competitiveness of the coal chemical industry in our country,realize the transformation and spanning development of coal resource-based regions.This paper studies construction of Chinese and foreign patent information service platform applied in coal chemical industry,and introduces in detail the construction,function and role of the platform from three aspects of database construction,platform construction and service construction.
