摘要
建立了顶空-大口径毛细管柱气相色谱法测定水中乙醛、丙烯醛、丙烯腈、吡啶的方法,并通过实验对该方法的线性、检出限、精密度、回收率进行了检验。结果显示,乙醛、丙烯醛、丙烯腈、吡啶线性良好,相关系数为0.999 2~0.999 9,方法检出限为0.03 mg/L^0.05 mg/L,空白加标的相对标准偏差小于10%,实际样品加标回收率为89.8%~105%,表明该方法能够满足水中乙醛、丙烯醛、丙烯腈、吡啶的检测要求。
Based on headspace-wide bore capillary gas chromatography,a method is developed for the simultaneous determination of acetaldehyde,acrolein,acrylonitrile and pyridine in water.The quality control parameters included the linearity,method detection limits,precision and recoveries.The results showed good linearity with correlation coefficients0.999 2~0.999 9;the method detection limits were 0.03 mg/L^0.05 mg/L;the relative standard deviations were less than 10%;the recoveries of samples were 89.8%~105%.The method can meet the requirement for the determination of acetaldehyde,acrolein,acrylonitrile and pyridine in water.
