摘要
手机双卡用户是在我国移动设备高度普及以及运营商激烈竞争的背景下出现的,并在各运营商竞争中耗费了大量营销资源。基于对手机双卡用户的分析,制定了识别规则与流程,建立了识别模型,并通过对手机双卡用户的识别,助力运营商开展营销活动,提升用户黏性,减少用户流失。
Mobile phone double card users appear under the background of the high popularity of mobile devices and the fierce competition among operators in China,and consuming a lot of marketing resources in the competition among operators.Based on the analysis of mobile phone double card users,the recognition rules and procedures is established,and the recognition model is established.The recognition of mobile double card users can help operators to carry out marketing activities,improve user stickiness and reduce user loss.
