Discussion on High-level Talents Introduction in Affiliated Hospital of University

分析了目前高校附属医院高层次人才引进工作中存在的问题,总结了安徽医科大学第一附属医院高层次人才引进的实践经验和取得的成效,针对高层次人才引进工作中存在的问题提出了相应的对策。

This paper analyzes the existing problems of the high-level talents introduction in affiliated hospital of university at present,summarizes the practical experience and achievements of the introduction of high-level talents in First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures in light of the problems existing in the introduction of high-level talents.
