摘要
日常考核是将年度目标的实现纳入考核管理全过程,这对树立正确的考核导向,提高考核工作的科学性和针对性,确保考核结果客观公正具有积极的作用。以行政机关为例,从考核机制、考核方法等方面,就如何做好日常考核工作进行了探讨。
Daily evaluation brings the realization of annual goals into the whole process of evaluation management,which plays a positive role in setting up correct evaluation guidance,improving the scientificity and pertinence of evaluation work,and ensuring the objectivity and impartiality of evaluation results.Taking the administrative organ as an example,this paper discusses how to do a good job of daily evaluation from the aspects of evaluation mechanism and method.
