韶钢3200 m^3高炉热风围管穿漏事故分析和长效维护措施

摘要 分析韶钢3 200 m^3高炉热风围管穿漏的主要原因:围管重质工作层耐火砖低蠕变、荷重软化等高温指标较差,在长期的高温、高压工作环境下,导致管道内衬砖整体收缩;围管管道底部耐火纤维板LYGX(30 mm)的压缩等叠加导致出现100~250 mm的沉降量;现场施工质量问题导致原本每环砖间设计上的错缝变成了实际施工后贯通缝隙(主要是工作层耐火砖HLG),加剧了管道穿漏部位纵向的拉长和扩大;日常管理、检测不到位,导致热风围管局部出现温度高后没及时发现。穿漏部位采取浇注高强度陶瓷耐磨浇注料、再压浆的办法进行处理,之后利用高炉定修机会对热风围管7个检测温度大于250℃的部位进行开孔浇注辅加压浆,围管其他圆周部位局部温度高于200℃且低于250℃的31个部位采取压浆的方式进行大面积治理,运行状态得到基本控制。日后采取长效维护措施,达到可控状态,取得较好的维护效果。 The main reasons of the leakage was analyzed which was caused by the low creep on refractory brick of heavy duty layer,and poor high temperature index of refractoriness under load and so on,which resulted in the shrinkage of the entire inner bricks of the pipe under the long time high temperature and high pressure working conditions; the superposition of the compressing of refractory fiber plates LYGX( 30 mm) on the bottom of the pipe caused the settlement of 100-250 mm; the construction quality led to the wrong joints in the original brick design for each ring which increased the enlargement on the leakage; the improper daily management and inspection made the delayed finding of high temperature on a part. The leakage parts were treated with high strength ceramic refractory castables, and then were grouted. After that, it took the opportunity of schedule maintenance to cast and grout on 7 parts of which temperature was higher than 250 ℃,and for the31 parts of which temperature was higher than 200 ℃ and lower than 250 ℃,and the consequence was that the conditions were properly controlled.
