Research on the construction of teaching staff with double-qualifications and double-skills in the application-oriented institutes

"双师双能型"师资队伍建设是地方本科院校实现转型发展的关键,文中基于"双师双能型"教师的素质要求,针对师资队伍建设现状,提出构建教师培训体系,深化产教融合校企合作,加强骨干教师培养,积极引进企业人才,健全评价激励制度,建立长效机制的转型高校师资队伍建设路径。

The construction of teaching staff with the double qualifications and double-skills is the key to realize the transitional development in the application-oriented institutes, based on the quality requirements.According to the status of the construction of teaching staff,this paper puts forward some methods of the construction of teaching staff in the transitional development institutes such as constructing the teacher training system,deepening the cooperation between school and enterprise,strengthening the training of backbone teachers,introducing the enterprise talents,perfecting the system of evaluation and incentive,and establishing long-run effective mechanism.
