大型综合医院工程建设管理涉及面广,周期长,环节多,文章以江苏省宿迁市第一人民医院工程为例,分析了工程建设中的难点,总结了运营管理的主要成果和经验,为同类型项目建设提供借鉴。
The construction management of large-scale general hospitals involves a wide range of projects, with ong cycle and many links. The article takes the project of Suqian First Hospital, Jiangsu Province as an example, analyzes the difficulties in the construction of the project, and summarizes the main achievements and experiences of operation management.
