摘要
文章以江苏省宿迁市第一人民医院工程为例,详细阐述了BIM技术在项目策划、土建阶段及成本管理上应用,分析了运用BIM系统后的经济和社会效益,为工程的方案优化、施工组织等提供借鉴。
Taking the project of the First People＇s Hospital of Suqian City, Jiangsu Province as an example, the article expounds the application of BIM technology in project planning, civil construction stage and cost management, analyzes the economic and social benefits after the application of BIM system, and provides reference for the project scheme optimization and construction organization.
