“一带一路”背景下藏区藏汉双语数学教育的现状、机遇和对策 被引量:8

The Current Situation, Opportunities and Countermeasures of Bilingual Mathematics Education Between Tibetan and Chinese in the Tibetan Area under the Background of “The Belt and Road”

摘要 发展民族教育,必须重视基础教育,尤其要关注理科教育。数学学科是理科各门课程的基础,甚至是所有学科研究和发展的工具学科。通过大量的调查,了解到藏族地区前所未有的发展,也看到了发展中的不足:中小学生数学学习效能不佳,考试(竞赛)成绩低;低成绩考入高一层次学段学习,数学课(理科课程、专业课)学习困难,部分学生学业收效甚微。虽然在实施"双语"教育教学过程中,民众中或多或少地表现出思想意识和行动之间的矛盾、民族认同和现实之间的矛盾、内部机制和外在因素之间的矛盾,结合"一带一路"倡议与国家大力推行民汉双语教育的政策支持,应当从基础教育入手,通过提高教师教学能力,逐步克服和解决这些矛盾,进而促进教育的快速发展。 To develop ethnic education (minority nationality education) , we must attach importance to elementary education, especially in science education. Mathematics is the foundation of all courses of science, and even the subject of research and development of all disciplines. Through a large number of (a great deal of) surveys, we have seen unprecedented development in Tibetan areas, as well as deficiencies in development: Primary and secondary school students have poor results in mathematics learning, low scores in examination (competition), low grades into a high level study section, difficulty in learning mathematics (science courses, professional courses), and a part of students have little study. Although in the process of bilingual education, the contradiction between ideology and action, national identity and reality, internal and external factors are more or less among the people, we should combine strategy of The Belt and Road and the Chinese bilingual education by the national great force, start with elementary education, and improve teachers' teaching ability, alter that gradually overcome and solve these contradictions, so as to promote the rapid development of education.
