苏皖解放区土改运动中的妇女动员

The Women Mobilization in Land Reform of Jiangsu-Anhui Liberated Area

动员妇女参加土改运动无论对于促进解放战争的胜利还是妇女的自身解放都非常必要。在土改运动中,苏皖解放区的妇女积极参加诉苦、清算浮财,参加拥军、优属、支前工作,为土改和解放战争的胜利提供了有力支持。妇女在参加土改运动过程中,也有相当的困难和顾虑,如受传统观念的束缚,畏惧舆论压力,乡村社会轻视女性,女性也自我轻视,部分妇女思想保守、拖尾巴等。为了克服困难与顾虑,苏皖解放区在土改中提高妇女的经济权益,培养妇女干部,提高妇女的思想觉悟和文化水平,解除家庭顾虑,提高妇女自信心,通过以上种种努力,成功地动员了妇女参加土改运动。

It s very necessary to mobilize women taking part in land reform for the victory of Liberation War and the women＇s emancipation. During the land reform movement, the women in Jiangsu-Anhui Liberated Area positively participated in pour out their woes, clearing movable property, take part in support to army and give preferential treatment to families of army men and support the front line, thus providing strong support to land reform and liberation war. There were many difficulties and worries, such as the fetter of traditional sense, public opinion, despising of country society and women＇s self-belittling, some women＇s conservative thought, or holding their family back. In order to solve difficulties and misgivings, Jiangsu-Anhui Liberated Area improved women＇s awareness and cultural level, dispelled misgivings of family, enhanced women＇s self-confidence, improved women＇s economy rights and interests and trained women cadres. By all efforts, the liberated area mobilized women to participate the movement of land reform successfully.
