摘要
女性学课程作为高校普及性别平等教育的重要课程,已经得到了普遍重视,但是,仍然无法改变性别教育课程在高等教育中被视为一门无关紧要课程的现状。这与当下的性别课程"重理论轻实践,重讲授轻操作"有关。山东女子学院的女性学教学实践分为课堂内实践和课堂外实践。课堂外实践将"厕改行动"作为总的课程项目,而课堂内实践是跟随每一章节的内容开展的,根据不同的课堂内容和授课目标,采用不同的授课方式。这些改革,符合当下高校创新人才培养目标的要求,而改革的成败得失也带给我们很多思考。
As an important course for popularizing gender equality education in colleges, the women's studies course has received universal attention. However, it is still impossible to change the status quo of gender education courses in higher education still being regarded as a non-essential course. This is related to the current gender curriculum, which emphasizes theory while neglecting practice, and emphasizes teaching while neglecting action. Based on summarizing the teaching experience during the past decade, this article carries out the reform of classroom teaching in the women's studies curriculum. It integrates the teaching of women's studies with the practice in and out of the classroom of students. This reform is represented by the “toilet reform action” out of a series of action studies.
