基于ISM模型的河北省新型职业农民培育影响因素分析

Analysis on the Influencing Factors of Cultivating New-type Farmers in Hebei Province Based on ISM Model

运用ISM模型解析了河北省新型职业农民的影响因素间的关联关系和层次结构。分析表明,培育环境和资格认定是影响河北省新型职业农民培育的表层直接因素,培育对象和培育内容是中层间接因素,培育主体、师资队伍和培育方式是深层次因素。在此基础上,河北省在未来的新型职业农民培训中应当努力扩展培育主体、提高培育效率、健全资格认定制度并完善培育环境。

This paper uses the ISM model to analyze the relationship between the influencing factors of new professional farmers in Hebei Province and the hierarchical structure. The result shows that the cultivation environment and qualification are the direct factors that affect the new types of professional farmers in Hebei Province. The cultivating object and the cultivating content are intermediate factors. The main body, the teaching staff and the cultivation mode are deep factors. On this basis, this paper puts forward that Hebei Province should cultivate the main body in the training of new professional farmers in the future, improve the cultivation efficiency, improve the qualification system and perfect the cultivation environment.
