摘要
通过参考"3V"框架,即价值主张、价值创造和价值获取,分析了中国移动健康产业的三个典型的创业案例。建议移动健康企业创建新商业模式时,考虑四个关键因素:合法性,即促进各个利益相关者认同新客户价值主张;生态系统,即打造一个健康、共赢的生态社区;获利,即创新收入方式;可扩展性,即拓展商业的范围或规模。
With the reference of "3Vs" framework, i.e. value proposition, value creation and value capture, three typical entrepreneurial cases concerning Chinese mobile health industry are analyzed. It is recommended that mobile health companies consider four factors: legitimacy, that is, to promote the recognition of new customer value proposition by various stakeholders; ecosystem, that is, to create a healthy and win-win ecological community; gains, that is, innovative income mode; scalability, that is, expanding scope or scale of the business.
