超声弹性成像技术在甲状腺结节诊断中的应用 被引量:11

摘要 目的探讨超声弹性成像技术在甲状腺结节诊断中的临床价值,为临床诊断提供参考。方法以36例甲状腺结节患者(共46个结节)作为研究对象,以术后病理诊断结果为金标准,对比分析常规超声和超声弹性成像技术检查对甲状腺恶性结节诊断的特异度、准确度、灵敏度。结果常规超声诊断甲状腺恶性结节的灵敏度为69. 77%,特异度为75. 00%,准确度为72. 00%;超声弹性成像技术的灵敏度88. 89%,特异度89. 29%,准确度为89. 13%,两种方法比较差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论超声弹性成像技术能较好地区分甲状腺结节的良性及恶性,准确率较高。 Objective To investigate the clinical value of ultrasound elasticity imaging technology in the diagnosis of thyroid nodules,and to provide reference for clinical diagnosis. Methods 36 patients with thyroid nodules(46 nodules) were chosen as the research object,the postoperative pathological diagnosis as the gold standard,specific degrees,accuracy and sensitivity of conventional ultrasound and ultrasound elasticity imaging in diagnosis of malignant thyroid nodules was compared and analysed. Results The specific degree of conventional ultrasound diagnosis of malignant thyroid nodules was 69. 77%,the accuracy rate was 75. 00% and the sensitivity rate was 72. 00%. The specific degree of ultrasound elasticity imaging techniques was 88. 89%,the accuracy rate was 89. 29% and the sensitivity rate was 89. 13%,the differences were statistically significant compared between two methods(P 0. 05). Conclusion Ultrasound elasticity imaging technology could better distinguish between benign and malignant thyroid nodules with higher accuracy.
